Manila Kitchen brings the authentic and delicious taste of Filipino cuisine to the UK.
Founder Karen Sorsone was born in Manila into a large family. As soon as she could hold a cooking spoon, she worked her way up to head chef of the family!
Karen prepared the family’s meals from an early age and soon developed her love of cooking. She spent years exploring the variety of ingredients, flavors and spices the Philippines has to offer her.
Manila Kitchen offers traditional dishes as well as modern, creative twists. Our nutritious and freshly prepared meals transport you to the beautiful shores of the Philippines.
Karen has infused our menu with her own unique flavors. Unmissable combinations of sweet, sour and salty tastes - with mouthwatering aromas.
Manila Kitchen invites you to experience a new and exciting selection of native Filipino foods and delicious specialties.
